Hello!
As a Renal Dietitian I have had the opportunity to work in the "Kidney World" for over 7 years.
During this time I have realized the importance of preventive nutrition education for those with CKD.
My vision for my clients is to gain a better understanding of their own personal walk with CKD, and how I can provide the appropriate recommendations and resources to help them feel "Educated, Encourage and Empowered".
What works for one may not always work for the other...this is one of the benefits you get by working hand in hand with a Dietitian.
